MTAA Super
Motor Trades Association of Australia Superannuation Fund (MTAA Super) was established in 1989 for the motor trades and allied industries. MTAA Super is one of Australia's largest public offer industry superannuation funds and is the peak national representative organisation for the retail, service and repair sector of the Australian automotive industry. MTAA Super represents over 100,000 retail motor trade businesses nationally. It has a combined turnover of over $120 billion and employs over 316,000 people, making it the largest stand-alone small business association in Australia. This program is aimed at promoting suicide prevention among MTAA Super members. Launched in September 2004, Read The Signs was a result of the concern at the numbers of suicide deaths in Australia. Statistics indicate that suicides account for 25% of all deaths amongst young male Australians between the ages of 15 and 24.
